Tuesday’s, June 10 through August 26 - Kings Beach Foothill Farmers Market   Visit the Kings Beach Farmers Market this year in it's new home. The market can be found in the parking lot of the KBSRA, right along the beach. Thanks to the NTPUD for working with the Foothills Market group and the NTBA to make this new location available. Market dates for 2008 are June 10 - August 26. Grand opening celebration is June 17th! Drop by and meet this year's farmers! The NTBA and NTPUD will be offering a special VIP validation card for parking in the KBSRA parking lot during market hours. This VIP parking card is available for sale at the NTBA office for $28.00. This will be good for market hours only throughout the market season. All VIP Parking Cards come with a complimentary NTBA reusable market bag! Free parking can be found at the Brook Street parking lot, behind Brook Avenue Grill and next to Bank of the West (right across the street from the market). Better yet, ride your bike! Eat Fresh - Shop Local - support your local Farmers Market!

July July 3rd – Fourth of July Fireworks Show and Deck Party Celebrate your Independance and enjoy the best seat on the Beach at the Kings Beach Fourth of July Celebration. Deck party ticket holders will enjoy a great old fashioned BBQ, live music featuring Fearless Chicken, and front row viewing when the fireworks go off! All tickets sold for the NTBA Deck party support the future of the July 3rd fireworks. We need your support! Tickets are $35 for Adults, $10 for children ages 10 - 17, and $5 for children 4 - 9 (children 3 and under are free). Tickets are currently available at the NTBA office, Spirits of Tahoe, North Tahoe Community Center & Taneva Auto Parts in Kings Beach, Mourelatos Lakeshore Resort  and Tahoe Sands Resort in Tahoe Vista, and the Visitors Center in Tahoe City. Ticket requests can alsobe emailed to the NTBA office at info@ntbamainstreet.org. Thursdays, July 31 through August 28 -Summer Music at the Beach Bring your beach chairs and your dancing feet to the Kings Beach State Recreation Area for free concerts on the Beach. Five weeks of Thursday evening music beginning July 31st at 7:00pm.
